## Description

King George V Playing Fields, Prescot, Football and Community Hub - Playing Pitch Enhancement Works Grass playing pitch enhancement works, including drainage improvements and surfacing conditioning\. Out of a total weighting of 100%, this was split into 40% quality \(with 20% for Social Value\) and 60% price\. A compliant competitive exercise was undertaking in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 7 and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\. Following consideration of the legislation and risks inherent with the contract and the position of the local \(Knowsley / Liverpool City Region\) market place, this took the form of the issuing of a Request for Quotation \(RfQ\) through a closed competition with the invitation of at least 3 bidders\.
