## Description

Radiator and towel rail replacements to 23 flats in an Older Persons' Scheme\. To include: - Installation of Ideal compact radiators, Drayton TRV 4 and associated works; - Installation of bathroom towel rails, Drayton TRV 4 and associated works; - Extra over for towel rails suitable for secondary hot water systems\. This will be under a JCT Minor Works 2016 contract \(with Optivo standard amendments - see Appendix 7\) with an estimated term of 8 weeks\. Full specification in Appendices\.
