## Description

The Council is seeking expressions of interest in respect of the internal remodelling and refurbishment of the First Floor Gymnasium, the Ground Floor Studio and the Medical Room, at Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre, Salerno Way, Chelmsford\. CM1 2EH\. The responses to the expressions of interest will allow the Council to shortlist suppliers to invite to tender\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
