Work description
NHS England London Region is inviting expressions of interest from a suitable provider of Primary Care GP services to undertake a Special Allocation Scheme for patients removed after a violent incident in West London and Central London CCG area.
The Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years (36 months). The initial period is followed by an optional extension period of up to 2 years (24 months) months. The estimated contract value for the initial 3 year period is approximately £60,000. The full, extended, 60 month contract is valued at approximately £100,000.
The required start date for the new services is 3rd July 2017. Expressions of interest must be submitted via england.lon-nw-pcc@nhs.net by no later than 19th May 2017 at 12.00 noon.
