Wigan Council want to commission a Stock Condition Survey to 10% (approx. 2,195 dwellings, 155 garages) of its housing stock to assess the condition and existing / future liabilities, utilising the 'Stock Condition and Building Surveyor' Lot 3 of the Procure Plus (Re:allies) Consultancy Framework 2018.
