CP2376-23 HUG2 Legal Support

Description

Devon County Council require legal support to enable us to enter into contract with a Retrofit Installer(s) to deliver works for the HUG2 project. The contract would cover: 1. Advising on the type of building contract to use for the project and around the mechanisms of issuing work orders 2. Preparing a revised schedule of amendments in line with the chosen building contract 3. Drafting GDPR/Data Protection clause in Schedule of Amendments 4. Meetings with the Cost Consultant to discuss pricing mechanisms and percentages 5. Support to prepare and issue building contract to Retrofit Installer Additional information: Request for Quotation undertaken as per Devon County Councils Financial Constitution.
