## Description

Responsibilities - Develop communications strategies to deliver the outcomes of projects and programme - Lead the project management of communications activities and campaigns - Responsible for developing and delivering the communication plan of activity alongside project / programme teams - Provide strategic and tactical specialist communications advice and direction to project /programmes - Work closely with project/programme teams, partner organisations, OGD for delivering joint communications activities/campaigns - Research, assess and manage the channel availability for communication campaigns - Lead on stakeholder and customer analysis to align to communications activities - Responsible for delivering creative messaging for the full communications cycle - Develop communications products and resources required for projects and initiatives - Lead on content developments and manage approvals for all communications activities - Manage the reach of communications and success measurement to build into future project / programme communications Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities\.
