## Description

TVHA wish to procure Cisco Hardware and Software Support and Maintenance for the TVHA Cisco estate\. The following locations are to be covered with 24hr, 7days per week with a 4 hour response time \(24x7x4\): • Twickenham • Hammersmith • Tooting • Woking • Hillingdon\. It is expected that the successful tenderer will be a Cisco Gold Partner\. The term of contract is for an initial term of three years with an option to extend annually up to a maximum of five years\. Please note that Orbit Housing are facilitating this procurement exercise on behalf of Thames Valley Housing\. This tender is being run via www\.housingprocurement\.com\.
