The service required is a daily evening office cleaning provision to the British Business Bank headquarters located at Floors 5 & 6, Steel City House, West Street, Sheffield S1 2GQ. The space comprises 11,149 sq.ft in total and includes desking areas, kitchen areas and 11 meeting rooms. All areas are carpeted apart from the kitchen areas which are linoleum.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
