## Description

The Bedfordshire Employment & Skills Service \(BESS\) team commissions a number of courses funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency's Adult Education Budget \(AEB\)\. The courses are designed to support learners, who are local adult residents, as they take steps towards improving their employability or seeking a different job\. Often learners will be from deprived areas, be unemployed and with prior attainment below full level 2\. The courses are provided by a combination of the in-house Direct Delivery team and a range of external organisations which represent the Private, Public and Not-for-Profit sectors\. To supplement this provision, BESS wishes to engage one contractor to provide a Destination Tracking service\.
