## Description

This requirement is for the removal of asbestos insulation debris identified in the loft space within the Council House to allow for ongoing normal access and general maintenance access within the area\. All the asbestos removal and remedial works are to be carried out by a Health and Safety Executive \(HSE\) Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor \(LARC\)\.
