WCC - Peer support for Parents of young people who self-harm

Description

Warwickshire CC is seeking to commissioning a single provider to provide a peer support service to parents of young people who self harm which will support our aim in Warwickshire to improve outcomes for children and families by offering one to one volunteer support to parents. The service will recruit, train and support volunteers to become peer mentors to other parent(s), to build and restore relationships within families, complementing the services delivered by professionals. The service will be required to work independently alongside Children's Services, matching volunteers with parent(s) who have been referred to the service. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
