Roads and footways are the most valuable asset owned and operated by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council \(SMBC\) and we are seeking invitations from reputable providers for a three year trial to help us build an improved understanding of the condition, current defects, long term deterioration and optimum times for us to invest with appropriate maintenance measures\. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal\.
