Zero Carbon Energy and Investment Strategy ( EMCCA)

Production of a report to explore opportunities for the East Midlands Combined County Authority to create a schematic regional and local plan for net zero transformation. This will include industrial clusters, innovation hubs and funding mechanisms for both. The work on Net Zero transformation will include generation and transmission infrastructure for clean power, and industrial strategy related to net zero transformation. The work on innovation hubs will centre around innovative funding mechanisms, and best practices which leverage flexibility, and are coherent with national frameworks and plans.
