WP3780 ECB Non-Turf Pitch Scheme 2022

The Council wishes to procure the supply, installation and maintenance of 12 ECB approved non-turf pitches within the Borough of Walsall.

The contract will commence in March 2022 with the installation of the pitches anticipated to be completed by June 2022. The contract includes a five year maintenance programme, which will commence immediately following the completion of the pitch installation.

The contract has an estimated value of ?168,000 over a 5 year period, based on 12 sites.

The Council is looking to appoint one supplier for this Contract; the successful supplier will deliver the full programme of works for each site.

The procurement process being used is an Open process.

This contract will be awarded in accordance with the ECB Local Authority Non-Turf Pitch Scheme 2021 and is subject to Walsall Council successfully applying for the level of funding required.

Minimum requirements: ? Only suppliers owning certified ECB Approved Non-Turf Pitch Systems will be considered for the award of this contract.
