## Description

ESPO is working on behalf of Leicestershire County Council, Warwickshire County Council and Coventry City Council to procure a framework for the provision of residential rehabilitation services for adults with substance misuse needs throughout the country\. The Councils are taking a collaborative approach to commissioning these services\. Service Providers will be required to provide structured, evidence based, abstinence programmes according to assessed need including preparation towards social re-integration and living in the wider community\. The requirement is divided into the following lots: Lot 1 - Residential Rehabilitation Lot 2 - Specialist Residential Rehabilitation Lot 2\.1 - Family Units Lot 2\.2 - Single Sex Lot 2\.3 - Dual-Diagnosis Lot 2\.4 - Other specialist areas The framework agreement as the option to extend for up to a further 24 months\. The total estimated values stated include the option period\.
