## Description

The supplier will work with a consortium of councils to run a behavioural insights trial between July 2022 to March 2023\. The consortium will consist of six councils and the behavioural challenge will focus on encouraging homeowners to retrofit their properties particularly where there are grant funding packages available to enable this change\.
