## Description

Wiltshire Council is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver Action Plans for key identified Wiltshire towns aligned with requirements and opportunities specified by the Reopening High Streets Safely and Welcome Back Funds\. Action Plans must be focussed on activities that help ensure that Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, including Social Enterprises, are able to build their resilience and adaptability in the context of the economic impact of Covid-19\.
