Advice must be independent of suppliers or third-parties and will aim to support the University in getting the best value from IT and technology services\. Advice on specific projects, risks or plans and expert reviews of strategies for IT ensure that development and implementation of technology change is well supported and the breadth of risk and potential impacts are all taken into account\.
