## Description

RBGKEW992 CFP Genotyping 2021 RBG Kew wishes to appoint a supplier to extract whole genomic DNA from up to 1500 birch \(Betula\) leaf samples and sequence their DNA for at least 100bp around PstI restriction enzyme cut sites in their genomes to at least 20X coverage of quality read data\. There are approximately 70,000 PstI restriction enzyme cut sites in Betula genomes\.
