Contract already awarded. Current and forecast spend difficult to obtain as it is wrapped up within the Investment Programme costs but best estimates suggest: • Electrical = c. £87,000 (Lot 1) • Kitchens = £105,000 (Lot 2) • Heating & Plumbing = £175,000 (Lot 3) However, there may be full, part or no spend against this as our new Investment Programme tender provides Salix the option to utilise our own materials agreement (this report) or the Contractors own materials agreements. This agreement is 12-months only and is to support the Investment Programme tender whilst a larger materials tender is to be carried out and completed by March 2024. This will include both the Investment Programme and Responsive Repairs supply.
