Project and contracts manager for new football and sports facilities for Wickham Parish Council.

Wickham Parish Council requires a project and contracts manager to oversee and secure planning permission for new football and sports facilities in Wickham.

The site has been allocated for sports in Winchester City Council's current local plan and funding opportunities have been explored by the Parish Council.

The appointed manager will be required to arrange and oversee the project from inception to completion:

• Preparation of a detailed design to meet all the necessary regulatory requirements • Submission of a full planning application. • Preparation of tender documents for the construction contract. • Tendering process, evaluation and recommendations. • Onsite delivery of the project

Also required: • Assistance with the grant application processes to secure adequate funds. • Regular reports to the Parish Clerk, Parish Council and a local steering group during the course of the project. • Public consultation exercises as appropriate or as directed by the Parish Council.
