## Description

North East Derbyshire District Council \(NEDDC\) is about to undertake a comprehensive and ambitious locality review of one of its key town centres, Clay Cross\. This commission presents a major opportunity to shape and guide the third phase in the long-term regeneration and repositioning of Clay Cross from a post-industrial town to a thriving market town\. As part of the One Public Estate Programme \(OPE\), Derbyshire County Council has identified this as one of their flagship projects\.
