GB-London: Bedzed Pavilion

Description

Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a Single Provider wishing to operate a service from BedZed Pavilion which is a community facility based in Sutton. The organisation will provide management of the space alongside the administrator, which will increase usage of the Pavilion for the needs of the community and ensure that the local residents and community can continue resident lead activities and events. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
