Work description
Providing Lift Consultancy advice and producing specifications for replacements and repairs for assets at properties owned and managed by Wandle Housing Association (WHA). Wandle also require third party assurance work as audits on current lift servicing and remediation work at five a month.
Additional information: Contract term is 3 yrs + 1 yr (4 yrs total including extension option)
