RMBC AO Greeno Day Centre Car Park Alteration and Extension Construction - AWARD

The Building Services department of Runnymede Borough Council who is responsible for managing the procured works contracts and services contracts for the maintenance of Spelthorne Borough Council assets requires the services of a contractor to carry out construction works to alter and extend the car park at Shepperton Recreation Ground / Greeno Day Centre located at Glebeland Gardens, Shepperton TW17 9DH The site consists of Pre-School, Recreation Ground, Greeno Day Centre and Greeno Wellbeing Centre. There is currently capacity issue with the car park. Spelthorne is considering carrying out works to alter and increase the number of car park bays as part of the solution to the capacity issue. During this period of works, the school, park and day centre will remain open to business.
