HTPP-TS48 (Bus Shelter Replacement Program)

The bus stop infrastructure in the East Riding is, for the most part, decades old and in need of a major refurbishment. The procurement of these shelters will give the bus stop infrastructure a major facelift. It is envisaged that with newer shelters installed across the major public transport corridors it will encourage public bus patronage, as well as other benefits to the East Riding, for example encouraging and retaining tourism throughout the East Riding, with the associated financial benefits this will bring with it.
