Rough sleeper complex needs accommodation on behalf of the London Borough of Redbridge

The London Borough of Redbridge (the Authority) is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Provision of Rough sleeper complex needs accommodation. The Contract shall commence on 1st October 2023 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue for a period of 18 months, terminating at midnight on 31st March 2024 (the Contract Period). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Provider, the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of 12 months providing a possible total Contract Period to midnight on 31st March 2025. Tender responses should be submitted via the portal by Midday (12 noon) Monday 7th August 2023.
