COV - Works at Rowan House and Westwood House, Westwood Way, Coventry - AWARD

Description

The works required are to be carried out over two sites within the Westwood Business Park. They area; Rowan House o Complete refurbishment of 4no WC; 2no ground and no first floor. o A complete demolition and landscaping of the internal courtyard. Westwood House o A complete demolition and landscaping of the internal courtyard. Westwood House will remain occupied by tenants during the works, however Rowan House will be unoccupied. There is no planning or building control requirements for this project. The purpose of this procurement exercise is for the Council to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced works contractor to undertake delivery of the phase two works only as per the drawings, specification and contract documents.
