## Description

his project objectives are arranged into 4 themes that are outlined below: \[1\] Monitoring and mapping the global distribution of FMDV strains, \[2\] Exploit next-generation sequencing approaches to increase our capacity to process the large number of samples that might be received for analysis during a future FMD outbreak, \[3\] Development and application of phylodynamic tools to resolve the demography of FMDV \[4\] Develop tools to predict antigenic phenotypes from FMDV capsid sequence data Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions\.
