The provision of Young People's Social Prescribing Link Worker

North East Derbyshire District Council is working in Partnership with Derbyshire County Council Public Health (The Commissioners) to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people in North East Derbyshire. The Commissioners are looking for an organisation who will employ one or more Link Workers to engage and work with established organisations in North East Derbyshire already providing Young People's Social Prescribing.
