Construction of New Build Homes to Alexandra Avenue

Harrow Council has identified a requirement to build new affordable council housing to meet housing need in the Borough. The designs have been drawn beyond the planning stage, to stage D+, that are included within this ITT pack. The Works comprise of two separate new build buildings in close proximity. Site 1 is called 332 Alexandra Avenue (evens) containing 6no. flats and Site 2 is called 313 Alexandra Avenue (odds) containing 3no. flats. Both sites are three storey new build structures containing flatted dwellings, an internal communal area, pitched roof, soft and hard landscaping and statutory service diversions and new connections.
