## Description

The software to be supplied from the supplier under the contract is for the iTrent HR and Payroll system\. The supplier shall provide Ofgem with MHR licences, support and maintenance, and associated services, including consultancy specific to MHR products on an as needed basis\. The solution shall be fully hosted by MHR with industry standard disaster recovery and backup procedures in place\.
