Braintree District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced firm of valuation professionals to provide the required valuation services, for a period of 5 years from Contract award date, with a valuation date of 1st April 2020 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
