RDE450 - Evidence on costs and benefits of onsite emergency flood plans

The Authority proposes to use a tasked approach for this project, with tasks set out below. Briefly the contractor is expected to gather information through a survey, followed up with some in depth telephone interviews with a sample of respondents, analyse the results and provide findings and conclusions.
