## Description

HtGM is an non-accredited executive development programme to support SMEs to boost their business performance and growth potential\. Small business leaders will develop their strategic skills to increase their business's long-term productivity, resilience and capacity to innovate\. Northumbria University has a contract to deliver 10 cohorts per year for three years\. Each cohort must have between 20 and 25 Participants\. We require lead generation activity to source eligible Participants and engage them for each of the cohorts we are seeking to run over the next three years\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
