ID592 Flat roofing contractor - AWARD

Description

Aspire Housing has a requirement to re tender its flat roofing contract. Aspire Housing is looking to appoint a flat roofing contractor for a contract commencing in June 2026 for a term of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months. We have a programme for the next 5 years; these are the planned replacement numbers - 15 however we have a budget for additional ad hoc roofs. The specification sets out an outline description of materials and installation required for a bitumen flat roofing system (ICOPAL or equal or approved) together with the regulatory requirements. The successful Contractor must be an approved contractor for the proposed flat roofing system and will be responsible for providing full design and installation
