TRGL wishes to enter into a framework agreement with up to eighteen (18) external Care & Support Consultants based on skills, experience, expertise and availability. The framework will be broken down into six (6) lots as stated: • Strategy Development, • Policies & Procedures, • Partnership Working, • Competitive Tendering, • Specialist Advice and Ad Hoc Requests • Training & Facilitation.
