## Description

Care at Night will support people with eligible needs to remain safe and well in their own home during the night-time hours\. The Service will be flexible and responsive, delivered by a Provider empowered to take proactive action to ensure eligible needs and desired outcomes are met\. The responsible Provider will deliver an efficient, flexible service which is responsive to changes in demand and ensures capacity is utilised effectively\.
