## Description

Cheshire East Council wishes to commission a provider to deliver a mentoring service for 16\+ care leavers up to the age of 25, providing continuity of support to young people as they enter adulthood\. The service aims to offer individuals needs led support, to mentor and facilitate the development of life skills that will enable vulnerable young people to live independently, thrive and achieve their goals\. Please refer to the specification and other supporting documents for further details about this service\. The contract term will be 3 years from 1st July 2023, with an additional option to extend for 2 years\.
