This proposal is to undertake a project to explore the market for a replacement cloud-based contact centre service contract\. The project will cover requirements gathering, governance, procurement and transition/transformation activities\. The high-level benefit of the project will be the continued provisioning of cloud-based contact centre services\. It will also facilitate opportunities to confirm value for money and that the most appropriate functional and technical solution is in place\.
