Analysis of Home Care Across Leicestershire

Provision of a health-check on the Council's existing home care commissioning model. This is to include the geographical zones, sustainable pricing, reablement, waking nights and live-in care.

This contract will also be for a comprehensive report on the implications of the Autumn Statement on the impact of costs for care provider sustainability.
