## Description

Staffordshire Libraries and Arts Service's vision is that our libraries, in the heart of communities, change lives, inspire community action, and enable thriving economies\. We are committed to being innovative and creative with our service, striving to ensure our communities, library customers, staff and volunteers have the best experience from the Staffordshire Libraries and Arts offer\. As such, we recognise a need to reshape the existing Libraries and Arts webpages and create a new dedicated library service website with a Single Digital Presence and one destination URL\. We want to use digital technology to connect further with our customers and communities, with a website that goes beyond the transactional to become an engaging digital space for all\. A website that includes a 360-degree immersive tour of all static and mobile libraries, to support our SEND and hybrid library offer\. A suite of instructional and informative videos that outline our publicly accessible services and a portfolio of images that showcase our buildings, events, and activities\.
