## Description

The City of Liverpool College are going out to tender for a 3 year contract \(with the option to extend for one extra year\) for the supply and delivery of legal services to the College group, this contract will start on 01/08/2026\. The contract will however be subject to review after a 2 year period with an opportunity for a break in the contract to be applied at that time\. The expected value of this contract is in the region of £125,000 inc vat per year\. The tender process is to be conducted under the principles of the Light Touch Regime established in the Procurement Act 2023\.
