The Contracting Authorities have a requirement for an e-portfolio system to record, monitor, manage and report on continuous professional development \(CPD\) of Advanced Clinical Practitioners \(ACPs\) for the Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals Group \(LCHG\)\. The contract is for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year\. The contract value for the full contract duration including extensions is £53,640 \(excluding VAT\)\.
