## Description

Via a further competition under CBC's Regen & Business Framework \(Sub-lot 3\.4 - Design\), CBC has appointed consultants for the provision of urban design guidance relating to the proposed development of Land East of Houghton Regis\. The guidance will be regarding preapplication advice, a Development Brief and an outline planning application\. The Land East of Houghton Regis is allocated within the adopted Local Plan for approximately 355 dwellings\.
