MAGIC provides a web-based service \("Software as a Service"\) that constitutes an authoring and publication platform and tools \(MAGICapp, wwww\.magicapp\.org\) for clinical guidelines\. MAGIC is also a non-profit research and innovation program with related research projects\. We refer to our website www\.magicproject\.org for a broader overview of the latter\. The agreement will include the use of the authoring and publishing platform\.
