## Description

Require the support in delivering provide Emotional Intelligence Testing and feedback for trainees across the East of England referred to the Professional Support and Well-being Service \(PSW\) with the aim of supporting trainees in developing areas of their own emotional intelligence\. The Professional Support & Well-being Service \(PSW\) recognise that emotional intelligence tests and EQi tests can provide trainees with important information that can assist with their own self -management and self-development\. In particular, knowing their level of emotional intelligence at work can give you valuable information to direct and advance their career\.
