The Council has undertaken intensive market engagement and is in the process of appraising options for the procurement of a new system, however, to enable the procurement to take place and sufficient time for the data migration to a new system, an extension to the current agreement with Symology is required for the period of 18th May 2024 - 17th May 2025.
