## Description

The removal of the existing play equipment and some surfacing, replacement with new equipment and surfacing and the inclusion of planting and landscaping at Kings College Playground and Woodside Playground\. GBC conducted a mini-competition via a framework which resulted in no returns from framework members\. As this requirement is below the PCR works threshold, GBC appointed the supplier under direct award via an exemption\.
